All EcoSpheres ship via overnight service, due to their live nature. A signature will be required when shipped to residential addresses. Orders usually ship one week after they are received, excluding Fridays and weekends. If you need a delivery date within one week of your order, please contact us at 1-800-729-9870.

EcoSpheres cannot be shipped Internationally, to Hawaii, or to AFO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Returns:
No returns or refunds after 15 days of receipt. Claims for damage must be reported within 2 days. All returns require an RA number and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
